Virginia West and I shared a long distance friendship for several years. Her son Lonnie and his wife Amy are friends of mine and I came to admire Virginia very much for the way she cared for her son Larry. He suffered from a severe and terminal neurological disorder and I am sure that her love helped to sustain him through many many dark days.
Virginia loved her children and grandchildren dearly. Please know that I am sending my love and condolences to all her family members. Let’s hope that her and Larry’s spirits are enjoying each other’s company once again.
