Vicky and family, Dad ( Fred Southard), his brothers and his cousins grew up near Wanda and Leo. I remember her from Extension Homemakers club, with Mom(Agnes Southard) and grandma Ilene Lawson, and later working at county elections. She was always sweet and so much fun.
