Prayers and thoughts to the family!
Will miss you Bill. It was nice carpooling with you for several years. Thinking and praying for your family.

Bill was a great President and Chief Steward of the Union on Fort Leonard Wood, Missouri. He really cared for the civilian and help give them a better working environment. My deepest sympathy to the family.

I was a few days in at GLWACH and I had to show credentials to this guy Bill. So I go down and no one asks just points me over and I go; he gives me a second and then tells me he can't approve these.... WHAT?? They are all AHA approved why not?? Simply stated he looked right at me and said "cause I'm blind" completely speechless and unable to even utter an apologie, he saw he more then had me he started laughing and tells me relax I just make the copies. It was so funny when he grabbed my hand shook it and said welcome. I never forgot him!! He never let ya escape without a laugh. May he be already pranking heaven!!

Your light here on earth shone the way for many who loved and cared for you. May your light continue to shine as a bright guiding star for eternity in the Heavans above. You touched the lives of so many; you will be dearly missed my friend. May your family find solace in the loving memories of you and in their hearts forever. R.I.P Mr Bill.
